IREGC’S Heather Perez Selected for 2024 Leadership Evolution Project

YORK, Pa. (Aug. 19, 2024) — The Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) today announced Heather Perez has been selected to participate in the Dame Leadership 2024 Leadership Evolution Project.

Originally known as the 10 New Leaders Project, the Leadership Evolution Project is an initiative that coaches and develops community leaders to align with their purpose and provides them with resources necessary to improve their skills. Perez will work with nine others over a four-month period participating in networking events, executive coaching, peer groups and the Evolution Leadership Conference in October at Spooky Nook Sports.

“I am thrilled to have the opportunity to be a part of the Leadership Evolution Project,” Perez said. “This is a wonderful chance for me to not only build my professional and personal leadership skills but also to network with a wide variety of dynamic professionals in the community.”

Tim Bolla, IREGC’s chief investment officer, said, “The entire team at IREGC is excited to have Heather participate in the Leadership Evolution Project. We’re looking forward to having Heather bring valuable knowledge and skills back to the company following the project’s completion.”

Perez joined the IREGC team in March 2024 as a financial analyst with over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. In her role at the company, she’s responsible for analyzing past and future financial performance, underwriting commercial real estate funding, reviewing market conditions, and identifying relevant risks.
